Dogs seem to spend just about all of their time asleep and they absolutely adore anything soft and comfortable to lay on and so it is a very good idea to buy your dog a nice bed that they can sleep in. A dog is said to spend 50-75% of their life asleep or resting (or somewhere in-between) and so buying a nice, comfortable dog bed is one of the best things that you can buy for your dog.

There are also plastic dog beds and there can also be a good choice as long as you add some bedding so that they are comfortable. The plastic dog beds are more hard wearing but remember that they can be chewed and so if your pet is the kind of dog that chews then a soft dog bed may be better.

There are also lots of colours available with dogs beds with natural colours such as brown and cream being very popular as they tend to match the dogs and fit in well in the home. There are some more bold choices though such as the pink dog beds and even dog beds that have a specific brand such as a football team or an organisation like the RSPCA.
